Speaker Tim Moore Raises $1 Million in First Month of Congressional Campaign

Kings Mountain, N.C. — In just one month since announcing his candidacy, NC House Speaker Tim Moore has raised over $1 million for his congressional campaign in North Carolina’s 14th district.
“The outpouring of financial support our campaign has received in just a few short weeks is astonishing. I’m honored by the response and momentum we’ve seen in the race so far. We will not slow down; we’re just getting started,” said Speaker Moore.
“Because of Speaker Moore’s hard work, the campaign has surpassed their fundraising goal for the entire year. With three major events still on the calendar, I expect the campaign will set a new state fundraising record for a first-time congressional candidate,” said Paul Shumaker, Tim Moore’s chief political advisor.
